Dave I'm sorry about thesubject line I made a mistake. I still can't find "Calc" As mentionned before I downloaded and installed AOO but when I open the program only the writer opens up Where do I open Calc or Spreadsheet? Thanks for your help. Jean

To create new spreadsheets (what you describe as "Excel documents") simply start the Calc program, enter whatever data and formulas you wish, then use Calc's main menu "File -> Save As..." option.
