J'utilise quotidiennement OpenOffice Calc le sosie d'Excel.
Like Excel, Calc is spreadsheet program, but it
doesn't attempt to be a clone! This means that
you need to learn how to use Calc's facilities -
just as you must have previously learned how to use Excel.
Unlike in Excel, in Calc you can drag cell ranges
directly, without having first to point the
cursor at the border of the selection. Isn't that easier?
Yes - but not simply by dragging. Dragging the
mouse across a range of cells is (one) way to
select that range. When you click at one corner
of that range, you inevitably select that single
cell first. So dragging from a single cell expand
the selection and cannot be used to move a single cell.
To move a single cell, either:
o Click the cell.
o Drag from that cell to another cell or cells
and, *without releasing the mouse*, drag back to the original cell.
o Momentarily release the mouse before dragging the cell as required.
Or:
o Click the cell.
o Shift+click the cell.
o Drag the cell as required.
I trust this helps.
