The error is in the document. Goto menu View > Master > Notes
Master. Open Format > Page. Notice that the Format is set to "User"
with Width=21cm, Height=29,7cm and Orientation "Landscape". The
orientation contradicts the width/height settings. Set the page
format to A4 and orientation to portrait and printing should be
correct. The same error is in the template too.
