To aid the uncompensated volunteers who staff this "board", please always supply the exact version (e.g. 4.1.1 or 3.3 or 4.0.1 or whichever) of OO which you are using. Please also identify the exact Operating System (OS) which you are using, e.g. Windows XP, or Vista or Eight if in the Wuntel world, ot Tiger or OS X or whatever if in the mac World.
