I've just verified that both
https://www.openoffice.org/download/
(global official download page)
and
https://www.openoffice.org/fr/Telecharger/
(French download page)
provide the official version of Apache OpenOffice 4.1.1.
So I see no problems or hijacked links on the OpenOffice site and no
actions to be taken, unless the reporter has more details.
