Hello, We use open office products and love them but they seem to have problems saving at times especially to our external WD hard drive. We continually have with the updated 4.1 have to save as new file or copy and paste to allow it to save.
We had a detrimental day today with one file as we tried to open it and it brought up a unicode box prompt. The file originally seemed to save perfectly well. Then today upon opening, it changes from a spreadsheet and will only open as a text file filled with 20 pages mostly comprised of hashtags. We have lost our whole client list file and the backups are now gone as it has been some time since we have opened this file. Not sure how we can always ensure our files actually save. We have loved your products for quite some time but there really seems to be something wrong since we have switched to the newest version. Thank you for your time, Rose + John
