I have had to download and install your dictionaries(any) many times over
because I cannot understand what you are trying to make me click on. When
Extension Manager opens, the dictionary is highlighted. It shows 2
click-boxes: "Disable" and "Remove" as well as "Add" "Check for Updates"
and "Close". I am left with figuring out exactly what I have to click on:
Do I remove or disable the application in order to install the new one? I
don't know because your procedure is so confusing.. This is the only case
where such confusion arises. All other software companies that I have
downloaded applic, etc do not complicate the process this way. I'm quite
certain that many thousands of other users are also perplexed about the
confusion you create. If I am just supposed to click "Add", why do you
introduce "Disable" and "Remove" buttons? As for my computer experience, I
have been dealing with software and computers since 1987. I even customize
computer systems. If I tell you that something is confusing, IT IS!
Review your software download procedures to conform to normal download
accepted protocols.
