Dear Sir/Madam I have attempted to download Open Office for my iMac with OS X version 10.11.1, Al Capitan but all that happens is that I get a virtual hard drive on my desktop and nothing in the applications folder, which is where I would expect it to be after downloading. I am new to Apple, I also have a head injury which makes things harder to understand. A friend who uses Open Office regularly though his own business is totally baffled by this and suggested that after an hour of trying to download it, I get in touch with you to ask your opinion please. Thank you.
