First off I have no idea how I got Open Office on my computer and Microsoft Office was taken off. I have been having nothing but problems with the system. My main complaint is the inability to print. I know my printer is fine because we can print items off other programs such as a greeting card one but can’t print anything that I create using Open Office. The printer always sounds like it’s printing something but the page comes out blank. Sometimes it will print something but it is so faint you can’t read it and skips words or prints haphazardly. My printer is set up as the default printer and I have checked everything that I can with what little IT knowledge I have. I know you may not be able to help without being here to see the issue but maybe you have some ideas for me to check.
