4.1.2 showed up fine for me on the front page. ( ). Downloaded and installed fine. Running happily away on my ancient Dell Latitude laptop under Windoze XP.
The install seemed a tad slow, but I ecpect that is a function of the relatively old / slow CPU and the XP.
