Greetings. I can’t get OpenOffice 4.1.2 to print letters from OpenOffice to my HP Deskjet 1510 All-In-One Series Printer. I have Windows 8.1 with a 64 bit operating system. The HP will scan and print but won’t print letters from OpenOffice. I’ve tried all of the methods, by Windows and OpenOffice, of fixing the problem, with no success. A checklist of the HP Printer has made me believe that it’s working properly. Any suggestions?
