There will be no request for money, as OpenOffice from that site is cost free I would remove the current install, do full antivirus and malware scans, reboot, then install from a download from the above site. As OO is opensource, many sites, which manipulate search engines so that they come high on the hit list, compile OO with unwanted add-ons and/or as you are finding asking for money. We recommend downloading only from the above site.
