I had an issue which I wanted to get help on. I thought that, as a good citizen, I ought to check FAQ and the forums. (Yes, I know that I can do this without logging on, but I want to maintain my account so I can use it.)
- I tried to log on, 2 user-ids, danielbdavis, or [email protected], Both failed. - Then I tried to reregister. result: "Email address is already in use." - Then I tried asking for my password (or reset/create new). Result: "Cannot find user-id/email pair." for both possible user-ids. Please check your records and either delete all entries for [email protected], which would allow me to re-register, or reset my User-id to danielbdavis and allow me to reset the password.
