You have given us little information to guess what your question might be, but F7 and the 2 screen captures suggest that you want to know how to set spell check languages for individual columns. Assuming that you have the language for the entire spreadsheet set to English and you want to set spell check for specific columns to Russian: Click the column C header, then right click anywhere in the highlighted column area and from the context (pop-up) menu select "Format Cells...". In the dialog (window) that opens, click the "Font" tab and select "Russian" from the "Language" drop-down list. Hope this helps.
