[BCC to Apache OpenOffice Project Management Committee]
The license on Apache OpenOffice software does not prohibit redistribution and
trading in the software. It is not "freeware" in the common sense of that
term. It is open-source software and it is made freely available to the public
by the Apache Software Foundation.
However, Apache, OpenOffice, and Apache OpenOffice are registered trademarks or
trademarks in various jurisdictions around the world (including the UK).
Whether those marks are misused depends on individual cases. Investigation is
done privately since there are legal matters.
Producers of products in which works of Apache projects are employed can
determine appropriate usage and how to obtain clearances at
<http://apache.org/foundation/marks/> and
<http://apache.org/foundation/marks/faq/>
And, in particular, <http://openoffice.apache.org/trademarks.html>.
For Apache OpenOffice, requests should be submitted to
<[email protected]>.
Thank you for your concern.

To make the search work from everywhere, go to
<http://www.ebay.co.uk>
And type the search entry "Microsoft Office Professional 2016" (without the
quotes).
There are a variety of so-called "Open Office" offerings mingled among those.
