Don't attempt to print using the print button. Instead, Click File > Print and on the General tab see what printer is selected. If it is not the OfficeJet Pro, find the OfficeJet Pro in the list and select it. (Calc may have remembered the previous printer that you used.) If this works, save the spreadsheet again to see if that changes the default for next time.
If you do not see the OfficeJet Pro in the list, there is a problem with it being found. Then more troubleshooting is required.
