Sirs: I am reporting that I acquired the InstantSupport mal-adware while downloading OpenOffice 4.0 from your download site. I have been a user of OpenOffice for 2 years, however, it has taken several days of attention to weed this thing out of my computer. It is unlikely I will attempt downloading it again. I believe it is important that you are aware of stuff that is piggy-backed onto your software.
