I suspect the original (non-subscribed) poster is not an experience user and was attempting to number pages in a document based on the "Default" page style. If my suspicion is correct (ie. Default page style), then Rory's suggestion would not automatically align header page numbering in the way you suggest. > (That is the conventional pagination method, as I recall.)
