Another option that is available to you is the OpenOffice support forum, available at https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/ (a link to the English forum). If you require some sort of privacy while providing support, the forum allows you to send private messages to people, which are not posted online. I'm not sure how much this helps, but we certainly hope you stay involved with the Apache OpenOffice project. As it stands now, we need all the support we can get.
