You don't say how the hymns are arranged and segregated from one another.

"With a few keystrokes" is unlikely unless the arrangement supports it.

How are they stored?
- one per file
- one file for all
- something else?

And how are they arranged?
- Write
.... one per page
.... one per paragraph
.... something else?
- Calc
.... one per cell
.... one per sheet
.... something else?
- another program?
