You're welcome. Some options for a PDF editor include Adobe's PDF editor, Foxitsoftware's Phantom PDF, and Qoppa's PDF Studio Standard. There's others. These are the ones I'm most familiar with.
Adobe's product is a subscription. My understanding is that when the subscription expires the product will no longer work, can't even open the program. Adobe also sells a perpetual license for their 2017 product. For the 2017 product all the features work all the time. For myself, I wouldn't pay full license price for something that's already three years old and won't get any updates. Foxitsoftware's Phantom PDF Standard is sold as a perpetual license with upgrades for one year. Cost is about 90% of a one year subscription for Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. The difference being, after the year is up, all features continue to work. Qoppa's PDF Studio Standard is sold as a perpetual license with upgrades for one year. If a new release comes out within a certain time after your purchase, nine months I think, you're entitled to the new release, so an upgrade may become available during the license term, not just updates. It's about 60% of the cost of Adobe's one year subscription. I've used Qoppa on Linux for years and generally purchase a new license about every third year. It's met all my advanced PDF needs nicely. I've never used the Windows version. The license may be used on two devices.
