You are enrolled to a public mailing list and receive all messages; if you
wish to unsubscribe there are instructions at the bottom of each email
which you should follow,
If the recovery message is always about one specific file, press Cancel
and the message will not occur.
If the recovery message is always about the last file you edited, Cancel
will also work, but in that case you need to adjust your method of working
by specifically closing OpenOffice and then waiting a few seconds (five
should be sufficient) for the internal housekeeping to be written to disk
before you power off your computer or close your laptop's lid.
In the first case above, the Recover message may arise from over-hsaty
close down or perhaps from a program or compyuer crash.
