I just spent almost an hour on the phone with an Apple tech who tried to get 
Open
Office to work for me. I have a document which was mailed to me recently via 
email
which I cannot get to open. An error message comes up each time I try showing 
that
the application crashed. I have been advised by the Apple tech to contact you 
about
this, as this is a third-party app so they cannot fix it for me.
Can someone please assist with that?
