This is not exactly true, as now I can not open OpenOffice 4.1.14, as I get a
OpenOffice 4.1.14 - Fatal Error. A general error occurred while accessing
your central configuration.
This is the 5th time trying to send you this information. I either need the
problem with installing 4.1.15 fixed or 4.1.14 repaired so I can access and
work my files.
Presumably you are on some ves=rsion of Windows.
Use TaskManager (Ctrl Shft Esc) and see if there are soffice processes
shown on TM's Processes tab. If so, kill these; then try again to
install Apache OpenOffice.
