For Windows 11 updates, your files should be available after the update in
the C:Windows.old\users\user\documents directory, and it's best to back up
your files from the C:\users\user\documents directory to an external media
(USB drive). If you need more help, write how you intend to upgrade your
system (whether it's a clean new installation or an installer upgrade from
an old system).
