I do realise (through prior communication) that support is for business users. However I thought this might be of interest to you. This error happens frequently and makes it more or less impossible to work with. One further piece of information: after I have printed a file file Openoffice seems to go in a lockdown for about 45
seconds, it is then impossible to do anything at all except wait.
