If you are running Windows, the OpenOffice you are using is 32 bit and
you will need a 32 bit Java which you should be able to get from
https://adoptium.net/en-GB/temurin/releases?version=17&mode=filter&os=windows&arch=x32
Note that 32 bit versions apparently are no longer supported with updates.
