See if your name is included in the information in the General tab
If not, is the Apply User Data checkbox ticked? If not, tick it.
Yes, the Author information is actually obtain from the User Data
area using the First and Last Name fields. Also note, that this
will not appear in your document until you save it and "apply" the
user data to the new file. When you then check your document, the
proper author information should be there.
How do I "apply" the user data?
I wonder if it doesn't show up because it is all empty except the
name fields.
