[users] Seperating cells for design.

Using CALC I want to know how I can adjust the size of a certain group 
cells with out affecting the other cells.

As an example - CELL F17 - F22 all the way over to I 17 - I 22. I would 
like to adjust the width of some of these cells without affecting A1 - I 
16 .

Any idea's...
