2-modify the number of row and columns in the spread sheet.  Dont do it-if
you need more you obviously need to use a real database such as MySQL but
without knowing what you are planning to do there is no way to know what.

3-more details and checking the website (less 2 mins to find the windows
version is under the odwnload link) prior to asking questions will get
faster and better responses--99.9% of the people will ignore your post
because of the windows version question shows you never reviewed the
openoffice.org website.
