your question was not difficult, it was just incomplete. what is the "cam" you are referring to: a digital camera? a web camera (webcam)? and someone already offered the correct answer: if your camera has Twain drivers (all cameras should have) then it should be used with OpenOffice.org without problems using standard Windows interfaces.
