To be honest I do not know. I suspect that there are so many duplicates
because submitters are not searching Issue Tracker efficiently.
Duplicates are bound to happen and our QA people are pretty good at
finding these and redirecting to valid or first instances of an issue.

Remember 1.9 is a development release and is not recommended for mission
critical use. Keep this in mind and keep the issues coming so we have a
2.0 release of which to be proud.
