I spent a few hours and threw together a macro that will do most of what you want.... Download my free macro document (I have not built the PDF version yet) Read section 5.27.1 that is titled "Convert number to words". This does not do exactly what you want, but I ran out of time to work on it. It will convert positive integers from 0 to 10^303 into English words.
