Since I've started using Neo Office, the thesaurus menu pops up but
there're no definitions in there to access, as though the thesaurus
database was missing. Now NO crashes if I try to invoke the thesaurus.
I tried the other languages listing in the menu to see whether any were
any there, still same results.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
Hi James ,
Since there are not a huge number of NeoOffice users on this list you may
have more luck by following the support suggesitons on the neooffice.org web
site. Also do not forget to mention which version of OSX and of NO you use.

Maybe your question has been answered already? http://user-faq.openoffice.org/#FAQ
Thanks for the response.
Yes, I found a hint in the Open Office forum to upload a new thesaurus/dictionary file that I guess "re-sets" the location of the file's directory to your Mac via a installation wizard (already forgot exactly how I did it!). Anyway I have it, though (and I appreciate OO's effort creating it A LOT) it's rather primitive and uncollated compared to Classic Nisus Writer, which is the "gold standard" in my eye. Hopefully the Neo group will allow us at avail Nisus's OS-X Thesaurus via the Services menu in the future.
Thanks!
