In reading various issuezillas, I've come to the conclusion that if
you use BiDi languages, and want to use OOo, you can't use Linux as
your OS, and they won't get fixed for a _very_ long time.
It might be time to start looking at ArabEyes for an open source
office suite that works for BiDi langauges.
If it takes over a year to fix issue # 19821, how much longer will it
require to fix the major issues.

OTOH, it looks too "pretty" to be Code2000.

sorry for not answering earlier.
The problem is now solved (OOo 1.1.3 under linux Sarge): all depended
from keyboard layout! Suggestions by cloph and SHoshannah were very
helpuful as I acknowledge in another post.
