I will only reply on list because you have not provided a return email
address that will reach you. I refuse to go through hoops to answer
questions. I suggest that if you wish to avoid spam and use this list,
whitelist the address you use for this list.

I see. Entering or updataing an issue in Issue
Tracker is relatively easy. Doing so is the best way to have problems
such as yours evaluated. Your experience is different than mine and the
developer who is investigating may need your input.

If you haven't already registered, do the following:

     1. To file an issue you must register with OOo by clicking the
Register link at the top right of www.openoffice.org,
     2. Fill in your information
     3. Reply to the confirmation email that will be sent to the address
        you provided.
     4. Once you have confirmed, go to www.openoffice.org again
     5. And click on the "Bugs & Issues" link in the General links box.
     6. Enter the issue number or use this message to open your
browser. Use the back button and refresh to get back to the
        issue from My pages.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It is important that you file
any examples with the issue to ensure your need is understood.
