I am using a Dell 4600C computer and have Windows XP; my computer is the administrator of a home network system. Yesterday, I downloaded your OpenOffice.org 1.1.4 and presentation project on which I worked went well - - - until I tried to print it. I cannot get the print command to maintain the protrait setting. I change the setting in the "printer settings" from landscape to portrait, close out, re-enter and the setting is back on landscape. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

Did you try formatting the page in Impress. Typically presentation projects are set to landscape by default, do if the slide is formatted as a landscape, this may override your printer's setting.
