I had this problem with early snapshot builds for OOo 2.0 - I think it
was fixed in 1.9.69? Are you using one of the snapshot builds, or one
of the 1.1 versions?

I am trying to find information concerning Font Color, Open Office
does not allow me to chnage the color of my font once it is changed
and some times it does not let me change it all. The drop down pallet
does not always come down to select a color of font.
