When you enter the times into the spreadsheet, you must enter
them as time format. Simply create the first time as 7:00 then
the next time as 8:00 and then select both and drag it to what
time you need. The second cell tells the difference between the
times that will be used.

This will probably result in a format such as 07:00:00 which is
the hours:minutes:seconds format. If you do not require the
seconds, then simply format the cells to the appropriate time
format afterwards.
