[users] Problem opening OpenOffice

Hi 
   I cannot open any openoffice files I get this message
"openoffice.org cannot be started due to an error in accessing the 
openoffice.org configuration data
Please contact your system administrator.
The following internal error has occurred: Get Storage, name: "No Content! 
I am using Windows XP(service pack 2)
OpenOffice 1.1.4
