I submitted the issue for another user on the list who found Issue
Tracker to be more arcane than the effort to submit was worth. I

Can anyone confirm that Excel actually does this?
Maybe the person put the cursor on a bolded line after they highlight
the text and held shift down, and thought that that was how one did
it. Just a theory.

I am in an excel class now and as you use to have to that you no longer
do. In the book it says to hold shift to drag. But it is not neccesary,
I have tried this on Office XP and 2003 never used shift, just draged
and dropped.
Maybe that will clear it up a bit, hopefully.
