[users] Appendix number in header

I'm can't figure out how to get the name of the Appendix into the page 
header. In order to have separate chapter and appendix numbering, I have 
two sets of styles defined. I setup tools->outline number to use level 
1-4 for chapters and 5-10 for appendices. I also had to doctor the table 
of contents style to accommodate this contortion. The numbering all 
works. I can't figure out how to get "Chapter" field to take the chapter 
from a different style. Any ideas?
