All the machines on the 10.10.0.x won't can not start OOo? When you move a computer from 10.10.0.x to 10.10.2.x, there is no OOo problem.

What happens if OOo is re-installed on one of the computers where it has failed? As for your question about OOo trying to connect to another system on startup, unless you're using a client/server architecture which you say isn't the case, I don't believe that happens.
