Subject: [users] Need help with error message
When I attempt to run Open Office 1.1.2 I receive the following error
message:
OpenOffice.org cannot be started due to an error in accessing the
OpenOffice.org configuration data.
Please contact your system administrator
The following internal error has occured: GetStorage, name: "No Content!"
I am what passes for a system administrator and I'm not sure what to
do. I tried to repair the installation but continue to get the same
error message. We have OpenOffice on another computer in our network.
It appears to be working fine. I assume that an essential file has
been corrupted and needs to be replaced. Would it be possible to copy
the file from our working version OpenOffice?
Thanks,
Carrell Still,
Pastor
