The file 'libucbhelper1gcc3.so' is normally an OpenOffice.org file.
Did you try using the "Locate" command to see where the file is ?
Is it possibel that your system got slightly corrupt ?

Perhaps the best alternative is to download 1.1.4 from 
http://download.openoffice.org/1.1.4
