Hi,

I've got quite a nasty problem with the numbering of items in a list, let's say like:
1. apple
2. banana
3. grape

I've made up the style of the standart text to be in a specific font (Gill MT). When I transform the items into a list, the numbers (ciphers) are put into Gill indeed, but when I safe the document and re-open it, the ciphers have turned into something that looks conspiciously much like Tahoma?!?

I suspect that a list style is being automatically applied. Now I'm using OOo 2.0 pre-beta versions, so these instructions could be completely wrong. Sorry if that's the case.

In the Styles and Formatting window (press F11), you can modify paragraph styles, character styles, page styles, graphic styles and (last icon) list styles. If a list style has been automatically applied, it's probably Numbering 1. If so, it's probably using the character style Numbering Symbols for its numbers. Click on the character styles icon (the one with a capital A). Right-click on the Numbering Symbols entry and select Modify. See what font it's using. If anything but Gill MT, change it TO Gill MT. See if that solves your problem.

Sorry if I've just told you bleeding obvious, completely non-helpful stuff :)
