HA! Nevermind, worked it out. Mondayitis was slowing my brain. For
others' reference, I edited the index and removed the concordance file
option (it'd done its job), updated the TOC, then updated the index.
Beauuuuuutiful. All fixed.

GAHHHHhh.
I can't get the hang of this one.
I have a Table of Contents. I have an Index, created using a
concordance file. All is well EXCEPT that entries from the TOC are
included in the index. This is NOT good. The TOC is at the start of
the document, the Index at the end. Help? (I'm already using
Chapters, so creating a 'main body' chapter isn't an option)
