The list of assignable key shortcuts is, in my experience not
particularly reliable. Control+A is assigned for OpenOffice.org but not
visible when looking at Calc.

To make more shortcut keys available I wrote AltKeyHandler available
from: http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/hillview/OOo/
