FACT: We know where the help files are.

FACT: OOo 1.1.4 does *not* know where the help files are.

FACT: Permissions for all needed directories and files are "read" (and
"execute" for directories). I checked.

REASONABLE HYPOTHESES: The pointer in OOo 1.1.4 to the help files is
incorrect.

SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONS (See original at bottom):

1. Where is the pointer?

2. Does anyone know how to change it (or know someone who might know)?
