[users] No Wrap around

When I read messages in this forum they don't wrap around which makes 
reading difficult. I don't notice this on several forum that I am on so 
I suspect it's a problem I am having on this forum. Is there a way to 
fix this problem ??
I also signed on to this list a couple hours ago and have not received a 
notification. Does it normally take this long ??
